Planning permission granted for Barn Conversion

Shangton Holt, Leicestershire

This picturesque courtyard of unused farm buildings were considered to be a historic asset that contributed to the surrounding countryside by Harborough District Council.

After lengthy negotiations planning permission for its conversion to a dwelling was granted “ by virtue of its sympathetic scale and nature”.

We are really looking forward converting these buildings into a beautiful family home.
