Planning permission granted for replacement dwelling in open countryside

Research into the site history enabled us discover the fascinating past of this Farm. Historic maps and photographs revealed the extent of the original buildings, pre-dating the current timber bungalow. This research lead to the design for the replacement dwelling, which takes the form of an early 19th century, limestone farmhouse.
